 Labradors is one of the remarkable breeders and so much popular today. The origin of this breeds is in Newfoundland. Still the difference between the Retriever's origins and other breeds is that no one is certain what dogs were crossed to create it.

Anyhow the Labrador retriever was hugely popular today. The chief characteristics of these breeders are versatility, stamina and eagerness. So they are perfect companion for both worker and noble. Even the fisherman can take the help of these dogs in their boats to retrieve fish that escaped the nets; landowners would use them for hunting parties and as companions. They require regular exercise and activity due to they are highly energetic breed.

A Labrador retriever always needs time and effort from you. In fact you can not tell them to play at your garden.  Love to be a companion with rather separation. They need to stay all the time with you. Your pet will want to be a part of work what ever you're doing whether stepping out to get the paper or going to the store. If this not happens then they may upset tear or claw. Not everyone can deal with this. And, if you are looking for a protector, this is not the proper dog. Labrador will bark to strangers and is fiercely loyal to its owners. This type of dog would be more likely to lick a stranger than bite. As watchdogs, they fair better--but, for those seeking something with a stronger temperament, this is not the breed.

In fact Labrador is the perfect dog if you are looking for a constant companion. You easily train to them as they are very much sweet nature and highly intelligent. Its good   temperament makes for a perfect "family" dog. Labradors are especially good with children and other animals.

But the difficult is to get a credible breeder in form of Labrador retriever. They are becoming long-time favorites of puppy mills and breeders due to their popularity. The puppy mills and breeders are always there to sell them, but you need to sure enough that you are getting the proper one. These mills do not check for lineage or even diseases.

So you need to avoid these mills as much as possible. Because the Labrador, that you are getting from them may not be same at all cases, if you will consider their health and fitness like a normal pup. However, it would be more prone to diseases and temperament complications. This why you need to seek out reputable breeders who figure for all problems and only provide pups that will be a credit to the breed.
